Your HOA website offers links to the Bylaws, Covenants and Amendments for your convenience and review.
The Canterbury Place Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants is the governing document for the Canterbury Place Home Owners Association. The Canterbury Place Home Owners Association's Board of Directors is charged with ensuring that all home owners abide by these rules. Any home owner found by the Board of Directors to be in violation of these rules will be penalized in accordance with the Canterbury Place Restrictions and Covenants.
If you cannot locate or did not receive a copy, A hard copy can be obtained from the Board of Directors for a copying fee of $4.00. A copy may also be downloaded below. Additionally, changes to the R & C's are available under the AMENDMENTS section.

Architectural Control
For reference, as stated in the Restrictions & Covenants, "No building, garage, carport, playhouse, fence, wall, swimming pool or other above ground structure shall be erected, altered, placed, permitted or suffered on any lot unless the complete final construction plans and specifications and plot plan therefor showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, basic exterior finishes and colors, location and floor plan thereof and showing the front, side and rear elevations thereof have been submitted to and approved by the architectural control committee"

In a nutshell, any modification to a lot must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. The restrictions and covenants also states that any modification to a lot not approved by the board shall be subject to removal at the owners expense.
