Dues

  The homeowner of each lot in Canterbury Place is required to pay Home Owner Association dues per the 

​

Canterbury Place Restrictions and Covenants.

​

Dues are to be assessed and paid semi-annually for $120.00 for each installment.  The payment due dates are January 1st and July 1st of every year.

​

All accounts not paid within 10 days after the due date will incur a late fee of $25.00 as outlined in Section 16 of the 2019 Amendments to Covenants.

​

If you do not receive a Dues Notice, you are still responsible for submitting payment by the due date.
